Room layout a bit cramped!!! Bathroom lacks sufficient hooks for convenience!!! A swifter broom for sandy guests would really improve the experience!!!

Tracy and Carol went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was pristine with thoughtful touches, and we enjoyed our chats with them over coffee.

We faced a hiccup when the shower faucet handle came off, which made bathing impossible. Fortunately, the staff were attentive and offered a discount for our next visit.

Positive, The grounds are beautiful, and the room was impressively clean. It was close to the beach, perfect for relaxing. They let us check out a half an hour later, which was super convenient. Definitely would recommend! 😊

My stay was quite frustrating. The shower's hot water was inconsistent, making it nearly impossible to have a comfortable wash. Additionally, the lack of coffee supplies in the room meant having to go without my morning boost. I also found the contactless check-in process cumbersome, as I received no response when I attempted to reach out for assistance.

The location was superb, just a mile from the beach, and the room was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable! !

The Sandy Neck Motel blew me away with its charming and cozy vibe. Carol and Tracy made my stay incredibly enjoyable, answering all my questions and providing spot-on recommendations for attractions. I loved the clean, spacious room, complete with a comfortable queen-size bed that catered to all sleeping preferences, featuring both soft and firm pillows. The outdoor sitting area was great for relaxing, and I appreciated the lawn games available for family fun. The location couldn't have been better. just a short walk to the lovely beach. However, I ran into a minor issue with the shower. The faucet handle came off during use, which prevented me from showering as planned. That said, the staff was very responsive, offering a discount for my next visit. Overall, I felt welcomed and valued here, and I would happily come back!

i stayed at sandy neck motel for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised! the clean and comfortable room was way better than i expected for a motel. the owners were super helpful and the location near the beach was perfect!

Cape Cod Charm with Cozy Comfort

What a delightful getaway! The room was spacious, and the cozy furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. I loved the modern conveniences, including the effective A/C that kept us comfy. Plus, the location is perfect, just a short distance from Sandy Neck Beach. Just a little improvement needed on the initial room access process.

I loved how the room came with a fridge and a coffee maker, making our mornings super easy. There’s a lovely garden area and a nice spot to relax in the sun, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Just a heads up, the windows could use a good cleaning, but it didn’t take away from our overall great experience. 😊
